Refund Policy
We do not offer a 100% refund due to nature of our business. We offer only a partial refund whether it is for web development or logo design or eCommerce web development, Search Engine Marketing / Mobile Application Development. If you cancel the project, your money will be calculated based on the services already performed and delivered. We will issue a refund within 15 working days. There is no refund in Search Engine Optimization.
Payment All charges for your Projects
The payment should be in advance according to the current price of the plan whether it is for web development or logo design or eCommerce web development, Search Engine Marketing / Mobile Application Development. Payment of GST is mandatory for all services provided by us and the rate is 18% on the invoice amount, irrespective of whether it is mentioned in any offer document or email quote, or packages mentioned on this website.
Agreement between User and Company
The Services are provided to the User on an acceptance basis without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. If the User does not agree to any part of the following terms, conditions, and notices, he/she should not use the Services.
Indemnification
You agree that you will defend Digital Web Hub, by an attorney reasonably accepted by Digital Web Hub, from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, claims, reasonable attorneys and consultants' fees and court costs, from demands will keep you safe and secure, cause of action, or decisions arising directly or indirectly from or relating to the Plan that Digital Web Hub provides to you.
